Brunch Details and Menu:
Come celebrate the beauty of Spring and the awakening of our vineyard at our fourth annual brunch event! We will begin our brunch with a welcome appetizer and quick tour in the vineyard. While touring the vineyard, enjoy sipping on your first drink of the brunch: Our NC mimosa made with our “Crest” sparkling wine. Post tour and chat about bud break, you will enjoy a brunch buffet with two other Spring inspired wine drinks!

Wine Sensory Class
The Details:
Have you ever wondered why a crisp white wine tastes better with a salty snack? Or why red wine pairs best with a steak? Well then this is the class for you! Learn the basics of wine structure - tannin, acidity, sweetness, body, and alcohol, and see how the structure of a wine can change when paired incorrectly, or how harmony is created when paired correctly!
This class includes 30 min instruction by Lindsay - our in house sommelier, and instruction materials which include four 2.oz pours of wine, and food samples for the sensory experience! Post class, put your new skills to work and make your own charcuterie board from the Graze Charcuterie Cart and have your favorite glass of wine to pair with it, on us!

Summer Soirée & Buffet
Experience summer time in the mountains at our first ever wine dinner on the lawn of the Red Barn. Enjoy slow-roasted foods and open flame cooking onsite prepared by Chef Ulysses of SIA Provisions. Paired with our wines and live music entertainment.
Take in all the gorgeous vineyard views amongst family and friends under the enchanting twinkle lights of our beloved Red Barn.
"Taste of Paradise" Wine & Chocolate Pairing
For this delicious “taste of paradise” pairing, we have teamed up with our dear friend Suzanne of Boone Chocolat’! This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy five of her heavenly, handcrafted confections, paired perfectly with five of our wines. This pairing will feature tropical flavors in both Suzanne’s artisan chocolates and our wines.

SOLD OUT Watercolor Class
Learn the relaxing art of watercolor paints and how to use them to create your own spring inspired bouquet! Our label artist, Jessica, will teach you the techniques you need to know and walk you through the steps as we paint. A few sips of wine and a snack will be just the “creative juices” you need for painting your masterpiece, so this class also includes a glass of wine and a light snack.
The class will take place in our events room and you can “check-in” with Lindsay, our event coordinator, at our main bar area.

Mayland's Murder Mystery Dinner
Join us for a thrilling night of mystery and intrigue at Mayland's Murder Mystery event, benefiting future students:
Put on your detective hat and get ready to solve a murder - A Dish Best Served Cold - by the Mitchell High School drama department. Enjoy delicious wine, great company and dinner prepared by the Avery High School Culinary team. This in-person event promises to be a night to remember, so gather your friends and prepare for a night of suspense and fun!
