2023 NC Fine Wines Competition Silver Medalist

This wine is named for the Trillium flower that is native to our Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s a delicate three-petaled wildflower found tucked away in shady spots of the forest. Aptly, we use three white grapes to create this wine: Riesling, Traminette, and Grüner Veltliner. We consider this wine to be semi-sweet with floral notes (fittingly) as well as flavors of grapefruit, lime, & honey.
