Elevate Wine Club

Why the change?

We’ve been working diligently behind-the-scenes to configure a Wine Club that best fits our winery. If you’ve been with us a while, you know we’ve changed our Wine Club model several times over the life of the winery. A few years ago we moved into a bottle tracking model (purchase 12 bottles in a year = membership fulfilled) in hopes that it would provide more flexibility to our members, but we’ve since found keeping track of individual bottle purchases to be a little inconsistent and clumsy, even with the systems we have in place. We decided it was time for a little upgrade, along with a return to a more traditional, tried-and-true Wine Club form.

What will change?

We are moving into a tiered system, where you can choose the commitment level that is best for you! We have more details on each tier below, but you can sign up for either a 6 bottle commitment or a 12 bottle commitment. The 6 bottle commitment will be broken down into two annual releases of 3 wines each, one in the Spring and one in the Fall. The 12 bottle commitment will be a quarterly release of 3 wines each. All the events you love and enjoy about the Wine Club are not changing, in fact, we plan to add even more! One important change moving forward, however, is the wine flight system. Complimentary wine flights will coincide with Wine Club release months (March, May, August, and October). The idea is to focus the flights as an opportunity to sample wines that are featured during releases.

What do you have to do?

When the Elevate Wine Club becomes available in January 2026, you will be invited to sign up for either the 6 bottle club or the 12 bottle club. NO sign up fee is required for current members, but, for all new members, there will be a one time sign up fee of either $50.00 or $75.00 depending on the chosen tier.

Many of you already have an account with Vinoshipper, but if not, we’ll get you signed up (it’s easy!) You’ll have an account there, where we do our wine releases to either be shipped or picked up.

If you choose not to continue with your membership, and that’s ok - we totally understand! Just know that after 2026, our old membership system will no longer exist. We know this may not be the right fit for everyone, but it’s a model that allows us to grow and expand our offerings in the future.

Does this cost more?

Not at all! If you’re sticking with a 12 bottle commitment, your cost will be same, just organized into a quarterly charge of 3 wines each. You’ll also have the ability to change these wines with each release if you wish. This new system also gives members the flexibility to scale down to a 6 bottle commitment option if that better fits their lifestyle or budget.

Tier 1: The Trailblazer

6 bottle annual commitment with a Spring and Fall release of 3 wines each.

Two “Pick-Up Parties” that coordinate with your Spring and Fall bottle releases! Enjoy your wine flight at this party, or a glass of wine, alongside delicious seasonal Hors d'oeuvres when you pick up your 3 bottles!
Two seasonal curated wine flights (one in Spring and one in Fall) to coordinate with with your bottle releases. Enjoy sampling wines from the release and some of your personal favorites!
Access to 3 annual Elevate Club Concerts
Early Access to tickets for Public Events such as the “Bud Break Brunch” or Paint and Sip classes.
Monthly Newsletter tailored especially for “The Trailblazer” tier.

Tier 2: The Falls

12 bottle annual commitment with a quarterly release of 3 wines each.

Four “Pick-Up Parties” that coordinate with your Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall bottle releases! Enjoy your wine flight at this party, or a glass of wine, alongside delicious seasonal Hors d'oeuvres when you pick up your 3 bottles!

Complimentary Entry to our 3 annual Elevate Club Concerts.

Invitation to “The Falls” tier only dinners, including our “Valentines Dinner & Barrel Tasting”, “Farm to Table Dinner”, and “Winemaker’s Dinner”.

FAQs

You are able to get a free flight of wine during release months (March, May, August, and October!) For Trailblazer members, that is in the Spring and Fall, and for Falls members, that is in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. You can get that free flight anytime during the wine release month or at the Pick-Up party! While complimentary wine flights now only coincide with those above months, as members you are always able to try anything you would like at the tasting bar with one of our wine stewards.
We would love for you to come to all 4 Pick-Up Parties! Although you are only required to pick-up or get shipped two releases, we always welcome you to get more wine :)
Absolutely! We understand that many of our members live up here seasonly or do not live close by, so you have the ability to receive your releases from the comfort of your own home.
Yes, we have no problem with that what so ever! What we are trying to do with the Pick-Up Parties or quarterly shipments is create more organization for you, the member. We understand that many of you buy a case or two when you come to visit us thus completing your case requirement for the year. We want to give you the option to let us take the grunt work out of remembering to get your case by creating quarterly releases and fun events that align with them. Our hope is that you partake in our Pick-Up Parties or quarterly shipments, so that you can make the most out of your membership with us.
You can officially join your preferred tier in January 2026, although you are not required to move into a tier until 2027. You will have a full year to decide which tier is best for you, while enjoying the new Elevate Wine Club experience in 2026. We understand many of you will go ahead and pick which tier you would like to be in once January rolls around, but we also wanted to give you flexibility. As soon as the calendar hits January 1st, 2026 you will received an email from Lindsay about joining your Elevate Wine Club tier.
