Returns and Exchanges

Wine

Unopened bottles of wine can be returned or exchanged within one year of purchase. Once the wine is opened, we cannot process a return or exchange. If you find a fault in your wine, please call our Tasting Room, (828)765-1400 or reach out to our Tasting Room Manager, Linda: linda@linvillefallswinery.com for assistance.

Apparel

Apparel cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been worn, but if it is unworn and the tags are intact, it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Food

All food items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Vendor Items

We have lovely items made by local artisans who display their items for sale within our Tasting Room. These include items such as candles, pottery, jewelry, and wooden boards. Their items are final sale, however, some artisans may allow returns or exchanges through them personally.
