All of our trees, wreaths, and garland are final sale. They cannot be returned, and sales are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Once our products leave our property, they are the responsibility of the customer and we are not liable for any damages.

Tie-on service is included with your experience. Our team is very careful and have tied thousands of trees to cars, but accidents can happen. We are not liable for any damages to your vehicle that may occur during tie-ons.

Children must be supervised at all times. This is an incredibly busy time on our farm with lots of moving vehicles and farm equipment, so it is very important to take extra care.

The best part of a real Christmas tree is that it’s a real Christmas tree! But that means that you’re bringing the outside into your home. Bugs are part of that, so if that is a concern, you should consider gently spraying your tree with a water hose to mitigate any unwanted critters.

We do not allow you to cut your own tree. If that is important to your Christmas tradition, we welcome you to reach out to other farms who have different policies.
